Returns and Replacements:

We put our heart and soul (and a lot of science) into our products, so we’re pretty confident you’ll love them. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return policy is designed to address genuine concerns while maintaining our commitment to reducing waste.

A) If you receive a damaged product:
  1. Please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com. If you can attach a photo of the product in question that would really help speed things up!
  2. Once your email is received, our team will promptly review and may ask you for any additional details to verify your claim.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup OR replacement.
B) If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake:
  1. Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com.
  2. Once your email is received, our team will ship the correct item for replacement asap.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

Here at USE-LESS Beauty®, we’re as committed to our no-cancellation policy as we are to saving water. Once you’ve placed an order, consider it a done deal.

Why the strict policy, you ask? It’s all part of our master plan to save the planet. Biding to this policy helps us:

  1. Reduce unnecessary processing (and the energy it consumes).
  2. Minimize potential waste from repackaging.
  3. Keep our carbon footprint really small.

Here’s the deal:

A) If you’ve had a lightbulb moment and realized you forgot to add something to your order:
  1. Contact us ASAP via email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com OR send us a DM on Instagram.
  2. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we’ll fix it!
  3. If we’ve already shipped, well… looks like you’ll have to place another order.
B) Placed the order, but want to cancel?

Now that’s a sticky situation, as once an order has been placed, cancellations are a no-go. So, before you hit that “Checkout” button, double-check your cart. It’s like double-checking your hair before a date – always a good idea!
