A) If you’ve had a lightbulb moment and realized you forgot to add something to your order:
- Contact us ASAP via email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com OR send us a DM on Instagram.
- If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we’ll fix it!
- If we’ve already shipped, well… looks like you’ll have to place another order.
B) Placed the order, but want to cancel?
Now that’s a sticky situation, as once an order has been placed, cancellations are a no-go. So, before you hit that “Checkout” button, double-check your cart. It’s like double-checking your hair before a date – always a good idea!
