Returns and Replacements:
We put our heart and soul (and a lot of science) into our products, so we’re pretty confident you’ll love them. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our return policy is designed to address genuine concerns while maintaining our commitment to reducing waste.
A) If you receive a damaged product:
- Please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com. If you can attach a photo of the product in question that would really help speed things up!
- Once your email is received, our team will promptly review and may ask you for any additional details to verify your claim.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup OR replacement.
B) If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake:
- Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to askus@use-lessbeauty.com.
- Once your email is received, our team will ship the correct item for replacement asap.
